Carson Davis Brown’s MASS

The Californian visual artist, Carson Davis Brown - recognized for his editorial and intimate photography, brings about his new installation project: Mass. These temporary installations, which he calls “visual disruptions”, are precisely placed in big box stores using their own endless supply of product. Brown sententiously creates these installations as capitalist colour-coded effigies for shoppers to gawk at and for workers to dismantle. Taking it one step further, Brown snaps a shot of these installations, placing their prints in picture frames in the same big box store.
