Sasquatchfabrix. is an avant-garde Japanese brand that takes as much influence from street and skate culture as it does from Japan's historic style of dress. This isn't their first time collaborating with VANS but it's a refreshing take on the immensely popular Old Skool model and comes with a small capsule of summer ready t-shirts. The most noticeable feature of the shoes is the woven elastic insert that travels up the tongue, providing the choice of wearing it normally laced up or just as a slip on. The smaller details featured include a stitched side stripe rather than the traditional leather piece, increased cushioning within the tongue and two sets of different length laces that ultimately let you wear the shoe in three customizable ways.
The Sasquatchfabrix. x VANS collection will be releasing at BEAMS retailers on May 3rd for ¥12,000+tax with t-shirts ranging from ¥5,800 to 7,000+tax.
