Forty Percents Against Rights or FPAR is the predecessor to Tetsu Nishiyama's widely regarded WTAPS label. Rarely seen outside of Japan, a few overseas stockists have popped up in the last few years, including London's GOODHOOD. I have never really known what to make of the brand, something about commodifying militant, anarchistic, and revolutionary messages always seemed a bit off-putting. Nonetheless, this nylon anorak takes a measured approach, with a simple rear print stating the brand and it's founding year and a front flap pocket with a patch. See this and more from FPAR now at GOODHOOD.
