It's already May, and where I live it generally rains for the bulk of this month. I've been preparing and scouring the web for a new GORE-TEX® piece that will get the job done without making me look overly tech. The featherweight Arris Jacket by Arc'teryx Veilance was a close runner up, but this 2.5L anorak from nonnative's latest offering checks off all the points for me. The cotton / nylon ripstop will last forever, it's still light enough to pack in a day bag, and the oversized fit makes it so you could probably get away with wearing it over top of an insulated liner once winter hits. Available in navy, olive and black, with a few sizes left at Coverchord, and HAVEN.
